While no prior experience is required, if you've worked with electronics or phones before, that's a bonus. We have some fantastic technicians on our team that can help you learn your way around cell phone repair. If you're good at helping people and enjoy working with technology, you'll fit right in. Initial starting pay is based on experience as well as a variety of other factors.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in sales opportunities by recommending accessories and additional services to enhance the customer experience. Assist customers with device repairs, providing a positive and supportive experience. Diagnose and repair various electronic devices, focusing on smartphones and tablets. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair processes and options. Help customers recover important data from devices they thought were beyond repair—there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of saving their information!
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. A desire to learn and develop technical skills in electronics repair. A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic understanding of electronics or previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. A sales-oriented mindset, with a willingness to promote our services and products.
Entry Level Technician:
We believe in investing in our team! As an Entry-Level Technician, you will receive hands-on training in: Device diagnostics and repair techniques Customer service best practices Sales strategies and product knowledge Data recovery methods and troubleshooting Continuous professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career Repair certifications for Apple, Samsung, Wise, Google, and many others Frequent raises based on understanding and practice of learned material.
Compensation:
Please note the job lists $19-$23 an hour as TOTAL compensation after commission, starting pay depends on experience Overtime hours available, paid at time and a half Commission for Accessories / Repair Services sold (10% gross) (Avg historically ~$350/Month) Some techs exceed $600/Month Tips received on Credit Card Terminal (Avg historically $250/Month) 1 Week Vacation PTO and 2 paid sick days per year Apply Today!
