  • Two weeks training period upon an offer
  • during training hourly pay will be $15.
One training is completed you will adjust to the confirmed hourly rate
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for hands-on technicians to support one of the country's largest security companies. These techs will be responsible for managing a queue of customer requests and driving from location to location to perform service work. Technicians will also be responsible for tracking inventory and equipment properly and reporting back to leadership as necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical service role (ie. CCTV, Alarms, Low Voltage exp) where you're out on customer sites daily
  • Experience with cabling or wiring.
  • Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment.
  • Must have their own tools and ladder (listed below)
  • Ability to work under general supervision and independently at multiple customer sites daily Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Suite, Smartphone devices (mostly for documentation and scheduling
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, Network/WiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.)
  • Some technical school training
  • Prior experience with providing services to electrical systems Prior sales experience (will have the opportunity to earn commission in this role for upselling)
