Replace plug-and-play components such as hard drives/SSDs, RAM, keyboards, batteries, screens, fans, and other compatible parts. Install and test replacement components to ensure proper functionality. Run diagnostic software and functional tests before and after repairs. Accurately document repair results and update work orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company quality standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines. Meet daily production and performance expectations. Report recurring issues or product defects to supervisors. Assist with other production or refurbishment tasks as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for handling small components and tools. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Good manual dexterity and close vision for detailed work. Work Environment Warehouse and production environment. Frequent use of computers, diagnostic software, and hand tools. Fast-paced environment with established productivity and quality expectations.
