Position Available:
Entry Level Tire Tech - Work in a fast-paced, team environment using different state-of-the-art equipment to produce the best Retread tires in the Industry.

Ability to Lift objects, move objects while exerting physical energy Ability to Learn and Apply Concepts Retread station tasks: Inspection, Buffer, Skive, Repair, AZ extrusion, Pre-cure builder, Chambers, Final inspection, Monobeam/mold cure presses. Retread employees will be trained regularly and audited to ensure proficiency Testing proficiency will be determined by passing established audit processes Timeline progressions are recommendations and will vary between individuals Progression to next level program will be based on proficiencies gained and not elapsed time in program.
Minimum Requirements:
Reliable Attendance Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn Flexibility to Work Overtime if Necessary Ability to Begin Work Promptly Must be 18 Years of Age Ability to remain standing for the entirely of one's shift Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment Please apply in person anytime between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
