The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems within manufacturing facilities. This role offers an opportunity to apply technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to maintenance, and excellent customer service abilities to support our clients' operational needs. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Conduct electrical diagnostics utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults. Repair and replace components involving welding (including welding), high voltage systems, and precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access elevated machinery. Support technical sales by providing expert advice on equipment repairs and upgrades. Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring safety standards are maintained. Assist in training team members on new procedures or equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience working within manufacturing facilities or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and precision measurement tools. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical diagnostics. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management. Ability to read schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents accurately. Experience with welding techniques including welding is preferred. Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems; ability to work safely with high voltage equipment. Mechanical aptitude with industrial mechanic experience; troubleshooting pneumatic systems is essential. Excellent analysis skills combined with problem-solving capabilities under pressure. Effective communication skills in English; customer service orientation is vital. Additional qualifications such as HVAC certification or military technical training are advantageous.
