This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in Rental Property. MUST have vehicle. MUST have your own TOOLS. Job requires going from House to house for maintenance Tickets. Again, you MUST have your own tools. English a must, Spanish helpful. Start Immediately. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to repair requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Lawn mowing,(most have mower) and weed whacking, cleanup, landscaping, and even house cleaning sometimes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary updates. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements pass a background check A valid driver's license Must Provide references. Remember.
