Hearne, TX 77859 Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testing Maintain and update technical skills through ongoing training Perform vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards Support shop appearance and safety standards; assist with inventory stocking and general shop functions Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations Work Environment You will work in a professional, fast-paced team environment where strong communication and customer service skills are valued. Physical stamina and dexterity are necessary to perform required tasks safely and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Requirements Master Certified Technician with dealer-level or large facility experience preferred Comprehensive automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge High school diploma or GED Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record Professional appearance and dependable work ethic Strong focus on safety and customer service Basic computer and internet skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to read and understand technical instructions Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
