Service Technician - Water Vending

We also own and operate our water vending machines in various locations throughout the United States. Our focus is quality of equipment, quality of product and quality of customer service. Duties Install new water vending units at designated locations, ensuring proper setup and calibration. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vending machines to optimize performance. Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions using technical tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Test electrical components and connections thoroughly to identify issues quickly and accurately. Maintain detailed service logs, including inspection reports, repair records, and system performance data. Educate customers or site personnel on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Experience Experience working with electrical or plumbing systems, in vending or water treatment environments preferred but not necessary. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently and effectively. Prior experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of vending machines or similar equipment is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers. A valid driver's license, clean driving record. Travel is a requirement for this position.
