Job Description

Citizen Watch America represents the sales and marketing for the Citizen Group within the U.S., Caribbean and Latin American markets. SUMMARY The Evaluator assesses the condition of incoming watches and prepares repair estimates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reads and interprets customer correspondence and enters appropriate symptom codes and comments regarding the issue into the system. Determines parts and labor requirements for individual repairs and inputs information into repair system. Assesses cost of repair based on symptom code and pricing table. Determines if watch repair is under warranty. Opens case back to check energy cell or battery, movement functions and overall condition of watch. Examines watch for damage and other abnormalities. Charges Eco Drive models and sets watches and monitors basic functions to determine repairs necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Office preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of watches a plus. Willingness to learn
