Role:

Danners Incorporated is seeking a Service Technician to join our Security Surveillance Division. This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the installation, monitoring, and servicing of surveillance systems. You will work under the guidance of senior technicians and management, handling basic technical tasks, documentation, equipment checks, and customer interactions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and accountability.

What You'll Do:

Support the installation, monitoring, and servicing of surveillance systems. Handle basic technical tasks and equipment checks. Maintain accurate documentation and service records. Interact with customers in a professional manner. Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times. Work under the guidance of senior technicians and management.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. Prior experience with surveillance equipment, installations, or technical support. Experience using Avigilon, HikVision, or similar monitoring platforms. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Professional demeanor and accountability. Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
