Pay Range:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Compensation may be higher for candidates with advanced diagnostic, plumbing, electrical, heater, and automation system repair experience. What You'll Do As an Equipment Repair Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment while providing excellent customer service. You will manage a daily schedule of repair calls, identify the cause of equipment issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and complete a daily schedule of repair and service appointments Diagnose and repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automation systems, chlorinators, and backwash valves Perform PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing repairs Troubleshoot and work safely with 110-volt and 220-volt electrical equipment Communicate repair findings and solution options clearly with customers Complete repairs in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner Maintain truck inventory and ensure materials and parts are properly stocked Use a smartphone and mobile tools to manage work orders, updates, and service notes Identify additional opportunities to improve equipment performance and customer experience Follow company procedures, service standards, and safety protocols What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers, and enjoys hands-on problem-solving. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, and committed to high standards.
Preferred qualifications:
