Service Technician

Gorilla Property Services Southwest Houston is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team. We provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable working independently and at heights.

Service area:

Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Richmond, and surrounding communities

Schedule:

Full-time position available with typical work hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on customer demand, weather conditions, and seasonality. Occasional weekends may be required. What You will do Perform pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal Safely work on ladders up to 40 feet height. Working-at-heights and safety training will be provided. Operate company vehicles and professional equipment Communicate professionally with customers Document jobs using company technology and photos Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow company safety standards and procedures Identify additional customer service opportunities when appropriate Qualifications Valid Texas Driver License Clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required) Preferred Experience Pressure washing Window cleaning Property maintenance Landscaping Construction Roofing Crew leadership experience No exterior cleaning experience? Pay:
