Work with Dispatcher and Service Manager to install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on commercial traditional and super-automatic Espresso, Coffee Brewing, Coffee Grinding equipment and Water Filtration systems. Travel to customer job locations in assigned Central Texas territory. Monthly Bonus potential. What You'll Do Diagnose and perform service on commercial equipment, including installations, equipment removals, preventive maintenance and emergency repair service calls on-site at various customer job locations or in the shop as needed. Troubleshoot issues with machine manufacturer tech support as needed. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their coffee equipment. Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. Communicate needed parts order or any outstanding customer inquiries to Service Manager. Document accurate service activities, repairs, parts used, and travel needed to complete service call in our Field Service app or on manual customer service tickets. Complete all service calls and related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Requirements Having a love of coffee is a must! Tasting is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and proper machine functionality. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to details. Ability to read schematics and manuals. Excellent listening and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills While not necessary, having previous experience in appliance repair is highly preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance. Ability to work in confined spaces such as under a counter. Being Ethical - Always doing the right thing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. At the helm of Coffee Service Specialists is Mike Gomez. Mike has been in the coffee industry going on 20 years, starting with a coffee roaster. Being very hands on, he transitioned to becoming an espresso repair technician and opened his own shop. This combined experience and desire to provide excellent customer service has made Mike and Coffee Service Specialists the "go to" experts in all things coffee in the Central Texas area. So much that Mike even has a coffee blend named after him. A believer in "always learning", Mike encourages his staff to be trained and certified in the latest espresso machine equipment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
