Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Watch Repair Technician, where your expertise will bring precision and craftsmanship to the art of watchmaking. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of timepieces, ensuring each watch functions flawlessly and meets our high standards of quality. Your technical proficiency and mechanical knowledge will be key to restoring watches to their optimal performance, delighting customers with your skill and attention to detail. Duties Perform electrical diagnostics on watches to identify issues with circuits or electronic components Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble watches with precision and care Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and detailed instructions to guide repairs Use tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic faults Conduct maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks on various watch models, including heavy equipment mechanics when applicable Ensure all repairs meet quality standards by thoroughly testing timepieces before returning them to customers Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and parts used for each watch Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in repairing intricate devices like watches or similar small machinery Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and interpreting schematics or technical drawings Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics is a plus but not required Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams accurately Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling delicate components Prior experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) or related fields is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship through expert watch repair! $23.16 - $27.89 per hour
