Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and perform corrective repairs in the field. Conduct routine service on water features, splash pads, pool systems and other related systems as needed. Inspect playground equipment for wear, damage, or safety concerns. Perform general repairs on playground structures, surfacing, hardware, and components. Complete service reports, document findings, and communicate recommendations to supervisors or customers. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Operate a company service vehicle to perform service calls and regularly travels throughout the State of Texas, including occasional overnight stays as required to complete assigned work. Must be able to obtain a Certified Pool or Aquatic Facility Operator certification within 2 months of employment •Drivers license is needed due to driving to different parks.
