Employee Prerequisites Strong technical knowledge with the ability to clearly read, interpret, and communicate and repair information Proven experience working with Nissan vehicle systems, tools, and diagnostics Required certifications and licenses (compensation based on skill level and experience) Flexible availability to maximize booked hours and earning potential
Role Responsibilities DiagnosePlan Repairs:
Quickly identify mechanical issues and create efficient repair plans that keep work moving and hours turning.
Maximize Productive Time:
Perform highquality repairs and routine maintenance to maintain strong flatrate performance.
Build Customer Confidence:
Clearly explain repair needs and options to support approvals and drive additional work. Document for

Complete clear, accurate repair documentation to ensure proper billing and maximize earned hours.
