Duties Diagnose issues with mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops across various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Perform repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques on circuit boards and internal components. Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems and applications, providing clear solutions or escalations when necessary. Repair computer hardware components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry. Follow schematics and technical diagrams to accurately identify faults and execute repairs efficiently. Provide technical support to customers both in-store and in the field service environment, explaining repair processes clearly. Utilize analysis skills to assess device issues quickly and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement. Skills Strong knowledge of mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms, along with familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems. Proficiency with soldering techniques, hand tools, and electronic schematics for precise repairs. Experience troubleshooting software issues related to operating systems and device applications. Solid understanding of computer hardware components and equipment repair procedures. Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex device problems swiftly and accurately. Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams for effective troubleshooting.
