Cell Phone Technician

Duties Diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices using hand tools and soldering techniques when necessary Replace or upgrade components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry Troubleshoot operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve software glitches or malfunctions Use schematics and technical manuals to analyze device problems accurately Conduct field service visits for on-site repairs or technical support at retail locations or customer homes Assist customers with retail sales by explaining device features, accessories, and repair options Qualifications Proven experience repairing mobile devices with knowledge of Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems Strong soldering skills for delicate circuit board repairs Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques Proficiency with hand tools used in electronics repair such as screwdrivers, spudgers, tweezers, and multimeters Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for device analysis Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software issues quickly Exceptional customer service skills for providing technical support in retail or field service environments Prior experience in equipment repair or field service preferred but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to keeping mobile technology running smoothly!
