Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated Powersports Service Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a diverse lineup of vehicles, with a heavy focus on Honda, CFMOTO, and Can-Am units. This position utilizes a billable hours compensation model, rewarding your efficiency, speed, and diagnostic accuracy. Key Responsibilities Diagnose & Repair:
Accurately troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on ATVs, SxSs, and motorcycles.
Routine Maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance, oil changes and tire replacements.
Accessory Installation:
Install aftermarket and OEM accessories, including winches, cabs, plows, and audio systems.
Quality Assurance:
Document all work performed, clear codes, and test-ride vehicles to ensure safety and quality control.
Efficiency Management:
Manage your workflow efficiently to optimize billable hours while maintaining precision.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Proven experience working as a technician in a power sports dealership or similar repair facility (experience with Honda, CFMOTO, and Can-Am systems is highly preferred).
Tools:
Must possess and maintain a comprehensive inventory of your own professional tools and rolling toolbox.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of internal combustion engines, CVT transmissions, electrical schematics, and modern diagnostic software.
Efficiency Mindset:
Ability to work independently and maintain a high pace under a flat-rate/billable hours system. What We Offer High-earning potential with a rewarding billable hours structure.
