  • Full-time Overview Join our growing local pest control team as a Service Technician and help protect homes and businesses in our community.
You'll inspect, treat, and prevent pest and rodent issues in residential and light commercial properties. This role combines hands-on fieldwork, problem-solving, and customer service in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Duties Inspect and treat homes and businesses for insects and rodents Identify pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditions Apply targeted treatments and exclusion methods Troubleshoot pest issues and determine root causes Operate sprayers, baiting systems, dusters, and traps safely Document services and notes using mobile/service software Follow all product labels, safety guidelines, and service protocols Communicate professionally with customers and provide education Represent the company in a professional manner Qualifications Pest control or field service experience preferred but not required (training provided) Willingness to learn field material and pest behavior quickly Ability to safely apply products per label and company standards Comfortable using mobile apps/service documentation tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Experience working in/around homes and outdoor environments (is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Good problem-solving ability in the field Comfortable working in varying weather and physical conditions Military or disciplined technical background (is a plus)
