Full-Time Pay:

$18.50 per hour The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining upper or lower limb prosthetics. In this role, every day is an opportunity to directly help someone. This position requires multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and a 'customer first' attitude.

Position Overview:

Repair and maintain upper and lower limb prosthetics, impacting lives daily and enhancing customer quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain prosthetics to high standards. Conduct component testing for quality. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers. Collaborate with customers on repair decisions. Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently. Seek opportunities to enhance quality and promote excellence. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of related technical experience. 1 year of computer experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP systems (e.g., SAP) experience is a plus. Understanding of hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting experience. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
