This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and wants to play a key part in building long-term customer relationships. In addition to performing repairs, you'll have the opportunity to help drive company growth by maintaining strong communication with existing clients and actively developing new business. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality rock chip windshield repairs Travel to customer locations ranging from Ogden to Provo as needed Proactively seek out and develop new client opportunities to help grow the business Maintain consistent communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Manage your daily workload efficiently and complete repairs in a timely manner Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations Compensation Commission-based pay — earn 60% of the work you complete Potential to complete 10-30 repairs per day , depending on demand Schedule Typical start time around 8:00 AM End time varies based on workload Flexible opportunities for additional work Qualifications Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Comfortable building relationships and communicating with clients Ability to manage time effectively Prior windshield repair experience preferred (training available) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle What We Offer Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunity to grow your own client base Unlimited earning potential based on performance Independent, low-pressure work environment
