Job Description:

Technical Service Technician-Cleg (C-Leg).

Responsibilities:

Repairs, calibrates and maintains upper or lower prosthetics. Performs component testing protocols for quality assurance. Provides technical assistance to customers regarding repair issues, estimates, product knowledge and compatibilities. Offers guidance to customers on repair decisions. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. Shows dependability by being to work on time and plans requests for time off ahead of schedule. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Promotes and personally observes safety procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of related technical experience. Minimum 1 year of computer experience; must confidently operate a computer and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. ERP systems (like SAP) experience a plus. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and inspection equipment. General mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting and repair experience a plus. Hand-eye coordination required. Ability to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with appropriate audience.
