Job Description
Responsibilities & Expectations Always interact with customers in a positive, courteous, and upbeat attitude, with a primary focus on customer service and satisfaction. Strive to answer the phone on the 1st ring and attend to customers within the first minute of entering the office. Greet customer by name, when possible, and develop rapport and customized service and buying patterns. Know all products we stock and special order items. Perform take offs for metal roofs, decks, lean-to's, building packages, trusses, windows, doors, to name a few. Provide quotes and estimates in a timely and efficient manner. Assist outside sales team. Standard hours are 7:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. Though hours may vary based on the amount of work and time of year. While experience with these responsibilities is preferred, on the job training will be provided.
