We're a long-established manufacturer of high-quality spray equipment (in business since 1969), and we're looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our close-knit crew. What You'll Do As our next team member, you'll work on industry-leading equipment including Titan, Graco, and TriTech piston pumps.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and safety checks Repairing pumps and small equipment: repacking seals, inspecting rods and sleeves, replacing valves, and installing other needed components Running performance tests on every pump after repair Light engine maintenance Working with electric, gas, and light hydraulic systems Staying organized—logging repairs, noting issues, and keeping your workspace clean before, during, and after each job Pitching in on other repair tasks and occasionally supporting final assembly to grow your overall knowledge What We're Looking For Experience with small engines, compressors, piston pumps (or similar pump systems) Familiarity with electric, gas, and light hydraulic systems Strong communication skills Active listening Clear, respectful verbal communication Keeping your supervisor updated on job status A team-oriented mindset Participate in team discussions and problem-solving Build trust and respect with teammates Support the goals of the team and company Training & Growth We provide both in-house and online training. While prior piston pump experience is preferred, we're committed to helping you continue to grow your skills and advance within our repair and assembly operations.
