Job Description

This is primarily an in-house shop and warehouse position focused on diagnosing, repairing, and testing Softub motors and pump assemblies. Most work is performed at our Auburn facility, with occasional local field support as needed. The role also includes customer communication, service ticket management, and warranty claim processing. Training will be provided by our Service Manager. What We're Looking For Because we are a small, close-knit team, finding the right fit is important.
The ideal candidate is:
Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Professional, dependable, and accountable. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and in person. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with basic math for labor, parts, and warranty claim calculations. Willing to learn and accept coaching. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and test Softub motor and pump assemblies. Replace components such as seals, impellers, electrical parts and plumbing components as needed. Enter and manage service repair tickets in QuickBooks Online. Answer customer calls and provide repair updates and warranty support. Process warranty repair claims and maintain accurate records. Receive and inspect incoming repair units. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to move equipment and product up and down stairs when required. Preferred Experience repairing motors, pumps, spa equipment, or similar mechanical systems. Electrical troubleshooting experience. Experience with warranty claims, service documentation, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments.
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
