We are currently seeking new team members who are talented in the field of painting, fairing, body work, fiberglass repair, mold and tooling repair, or any combination of those. Racing shell repair experience is not specifically required. We understand that this is a niche industry, but a lot of concepts of custom repair, fiberglass work, and paint/detail are very applicable. Training will also be provided for anything outside the regular scope of work.
Experience we do require:
Good work history (attendance, long term jobs are a huge plus). Demonstrated track record of responsible, careful, and diligent work in the field of composites, body work, finishing work, etc. Ability and experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, tooling repair, finishing, would be expected. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, production environment. We have a special culture here of hard work and high level craftsmanship. This is a full time position, with competitive pay, profit share bonuses, and excellent 100% paid full benefits. 40 hour work week is Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:30pm, and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime may be available, and possibly required.
