Marysville, WA About the Role Join our team as a Service Technician supporting mobile and modular office units. You'll perform repairs, maintenance, and customer?site service with a mix of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general labor tasks. What You'll Do Perform 3?year maintenance and service calls at customer sites Complete general repairs including carpentry and interior fixes Install/remove countertops, plan tables, and partitions Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic plumbing Install security hardware (deadbolts, latch guards, security bars) Clean interior/exterior of units Maintain yard/work areas Load units with foundation materials and entry systems What You Bring Experience in carpentry or field service preferred Strong customer service and teamwork skills Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems Comfortable using power tools Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Forklift certification preferred Physical Requirements Climb ladders and access equipment Lift 50 lbs; carry 25 lbs up to 250 ft Work on concrete/uneven surfaces Work outdoors in all weather Operate handheld power tools Wear required PPE #CB #P1 #
