Service Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in material handling equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for three primary duties: repair equipment, complete all documentation, and build excellent relationships with customers. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial forklifts and other material handling equipment such as engines, motors, hydraulics, and electronic controls.
• Dismantle machinery/equipment to diagnose the issue and accurately determine repair needed
• Lookup required parts (OEM)
• Reassemble machinery/equipment after completed repair and test
• Document results electronically in a timely manner Experience
• Strong Teamwork desire & capabilities
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid computer and application skills with attention to data entry and completed staff work
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. or more and/or crouch and crawl in confined area
