This is not an apprentice or helper role. We are hiring for an operator track: producing service tech now, lead tech within 5 months.

The role:

Run residential service and replacement calls on a dispatched route. Sell from a flat-rate pricebook with three-option estimates. Handle water heaters, drain mains, repipes, fixture replacement, leak repair. Document jobs with photos and clean invoicing. Promote to lead tech and service manager on a defined timeline if you produce.

What we provide:

Service van (small, parts runs happen daily as part of the workflow). Flat-rate pricebook and operations support. 4-day or 5-day schedule options. Real growth path. Lead tech in 90 days, service manager track in 4-5 months.

Compensation:

Commission-based, paid on collected revenue, semi-monthly. 30-day base trial during ramp. On-target earnings $4,500-$7,500/month at standard production. Strong producers earn more. Specifics discussed in interview.

Required:

WA L&I service plumber certified (2,000 hours documented per state law). 3+ years residential service plumbing experience. Demonstrated ability to sell from a flat-rate pricebook. Strong service knowledge (water heaters, drains, repipes, leak diagnosis, install work). Valid WA driver's license, clean MVR. Pass background and drug screen. Smartphone for documentation. You are not a fit if: You skip the pricebook and bid jobs your own way. You expect leadership on day one without proving production. You bring side work through company customers. You can't run on a small van with daily parts runs and no shop.
