Our team supports customers throughout Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Washington, helping keep their operations running efficiently and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with their hands, and providing exceptional customer service. No two days are the same. Technicians travel throughout our service territory, diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and work directly with customers to ensure their facilities operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while representing the company professionally. Duties Perform preventive maintenance on commercial car wash equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Install new car wash equipment and assist with system upgrades and retrofits. Respond to service calls and provide timely repairs to minimize customer downtime. Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure. Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time. Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and equipment status to customers and management. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times. Travel throughout Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Washington to service customer locations. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Requirements Mechanical experience required; industry-specific training will be provided. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Position requires overnight travel during the work week; technicians are typically home on weekends. Must be comfortable working independently while traveling and representing the company professionally at customer locations. Ability to use laptops, tablets, and service management software to troubleshoot equipment, document repairs, complete work orders, and record time sheets.
