Position:
12V Service Technician Primary Location:
Tukwila WA (Any other locations, as needed)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation, Servicing, Troubleshooting and Removal of all 12V products and/or services (Ignition Interlock, Ankle/GPS Monitoring, Security Car Alarm, Remote Start, Car Stereo, Back Up Camera)WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and instruction manuals Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and file all records documents at end of day daily Ability to work independently, as a team, punctual, multi-task and work through service challenges consistently Consistently perform daily inventory & supplies audits for all products for ordering Answer phone calls & emails to schedule installation, service and removal appointments of all products and/or services Fulfill daily operational duties and assists with operational efficiency initiatives Provide complete training to customers on all products and services Explain/educate to customers the rules and regulations in WA State of all products Use of internal multiple software systems to interface with all products/and or services Working with clients to troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on proper use of the products Provide prompt, courteous, professional, positive and caring atmosphere for customers Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment Any other duty, as assigned (WILLTRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
) Relevant experience in installing such as remote start, stereos, car alarm systems (Preferred) Problem solving skills (Preferred) Strong computer skills (Preferred) Strong knowledge of 12 volt electrical system (Required) Work in a fast pace environment (Required) Ability to multi-task (Required) Team player (Required) Valid driver's license (Required)COMPENSATION
