7:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Installation Assistant to support the installation and servicing of residential garage doors, openers, and gas fireplaces. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential for individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of residential garage doors, openers, and gas fireplaces Support service and repair work as needed Load, unload, and organize materials (forklift experience is a plus, but not required) Maintain job site safety and follow all safety guidelines Learn installation techniques and develop mechanical skills Qualifications Mechanically and technically inclined Able to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs regularly Good physical condition Clean driving record (MVR required) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be drug-free (including THC) Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) with company match Life Insurance Dental, Vision, and AFLAC coverage Paid Vacation and Holidays Paid Health/Wellness Days Company truck provided All tools and uniforms provided Year-round work Opportunities for advancement Early wage reviews based on performance
