This is a Subcontractor position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in installing windows and doors and or Vinyl Siding in residential settings. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Duties Install windows, doors and siding according to specifications and building codes. Execute heavy lifting tasks associated with window and door installation. Hang doors accurately, ensuring proper functionality and aesthetics. Utilize frame carpentry skills to build or modify frames for windows and doors. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues effectively. Use hand tools proficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Requirements Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance Proven experience in replacement window, door and/or siding installations. Strong skills in siding, heavy lifting, door hanging, frame carpentry, mechanical knowledge, and use of hand tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
