  • 28/hr DOE (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd)

2nd and 3rd shift available

  • Hands-on PCBA repair & advanced soldering experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot board-level test failures About the Role We are seeking experienced Electronics Repair & Rework Technicians to troubleshoot PCBA-level failures, perform precision rework including SMT/BGA, and support test operations in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for technicians who are confident working under IPC standards and using diagnostic tools to ensure product reliability. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot PCBA defects and test failures, performing root-cause isolation Perform precision soldering and component replacement (Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, BGA) Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray, rework stations, solder pots, and microscopes Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test documentation to support accurate repairs Execute functional tests and validate repair success prior to release Maintain work quality to IPC-A-610 and/or
IPC-7711/21
standards Support peer technicians by reinforcing correct repair techniques and test practices Contribute to continuous improvement for yield and process stability Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on PCBA repair, testing, or rework experience Proficient in hand soldering including fine-pitch SMT and leadless components Familiarity with BGA reball/replacement techniques and rework equipment Ability to operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and basic diagnostic tools Ability to read schematics and understand component functions Strong electronic troubleshooting and defect analysis capability IPC-A-610 and/or
IPC-7711/21
certification or working knowledge required Shifts & Pay 2nd

Pay Details:
