Repair Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Repair Technician in a PCB manufacturing environment. You will work on rejected boards, following a computer system to identify and rectify issues by installing correct components. This position involves soldering for the majority of the workday. Responsibilities Work on rejected PCB boards to identify and fix issues. Utilize a computer system to remove defective areas on the board. Install the correct components to ensure proper functionality. Perform soldering tasks for approximately 80% of the workday. Maintain accurate documentation using a computer. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in soldering. At least 1 year of experience in electronics. Proficient in computer documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and debugging. Experience / knoweldge in iPhone repair or similar tasks, such as screen replacements, is beneficial. Work Environment The role offers 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) opportunities with over 20 openings. The facility is very clean, featuring new machinery to support your work. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr.
