Responsibilities Diagnose issues with small engines, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other outdoor power equipment Perform repairs and maintenance on small engines, generators, and related machinery using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately troubleshoot problems Test repaired equipment for proper operation and safety before returning it to customers Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures followed Qualifications Proven experience in dealership or service technician roles specializing in small engine repair or similar fields Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in outdoor power equipment repair, generator repair, and electrical systems Experience reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Certifications related to small engine and outdoor power equipment repair are a plus but not required Join our team if you're passionate about repairing outdoor power equipment and delivering top-tier service!
