Spindle Technician, You'll:
Diagnose, repair, and test precision spindles and related components. Build and assemble parts to exact specifications using technical drawings and established procedures. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with speed and accuracy. Operate manual machine shop equipment (e.g., lathes, mills, drills, grinding machines) to ensure products meet tight tolerances. Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards while continuously improving processes. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and exceed customer expectations.
What We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity. Can read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. 3-5 years of experience in precision machining, assembly, or inspection is helpful. Is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
