In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose, disassemble, and repair motors and gearboxes while working with a supportive team. 1st Shift 7am-2:30 pm Mon -
Fri Pay:
$22.59/hr
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose failed motors and gearboxes. Disassemble, inspect, and evaluate returned units to identify repair needs. Complete repairs and accurately document findings. Receive products into the SAP/RGA system and verify paperwork matches each unit. Disassemble returned stock units and prepare rebuild documentation. Scrap, stage, and organize products as needed. Follow all safety policies, work instructions (JIs), and standard repair documents (SRDs). Support the production team and participate in continuous improvement, quality, and cost-saving initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn troubleshooting and gearbox analysis. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift. #indMMIS
