This position involves working in different outdoor and customer-facing environments while completing assigned technical tasks according to company procedures and safety expectations. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain service quality while supporting ongoing telecommunications projects and network expansion activities. This is a full-time W-2 employment position offering long-term work opportunities within a growing telecommunications environment. Compensation Information Compensation is based on completed production and workload volume. Earnings may vary depending on project scope, work performed, and productivity levels. All compensation practices are structured to comply with applicable federal and state labor laws, including minimum wage and overtime requirements. Core Responsibilities Assist with fiber optic installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities in field environments Support network connectivity work, including service troubleshooting and related technical tasks Maintain accurate job records, production updates, and required documentation for completed assignments Follow company procedures, project specifications, and customer service expectations during all work activities Participate in quality review processes and resolve identified deficiencies when required Observe OSHA requirements and comply with all safety procedures applicable to the job site Handle company-issued tools, equipment, and materials responsibly Report delays, field concerns, completed work, and operational updates to supervisors in a timely manner Work cooperatively with team members to support project completion deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, construction support, or technical field services preferred Familiarity with fiber optic systems, installation environments, or low-voltage applications is beneficial Ability to operate standard field tools, handheld devices, and work-related equipment General understanding of networking principles and communication systems Good organizational abilities and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently or within a field team environment Valid driver's license required Additional Requirements Professional appearance and conduct while representing the company in the field Ability to travel locally between assigned work areas as needed Access to a suitable vehicle for field operations is preferred Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements Maintain required tools and equipment necessary for assigned tasks
