Southern CA & Nevada (Expenses Paid) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Field Technician II to support wireless telecommunications infrastructure projects across in-building systems, rooftops, and tower sites (no tower climbing required). This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong telecom and electrical experience , particularly in fiber installation and network systems. Key Responsibilities Install, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom equipment (fiber, CAT5/6, routers, DC power systems) Perform fiber installation activities including pulling, dressing, and testing Support site builds and upgrades across wireless technologies Conduct testing, validation, and project closeouts Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and quality standards Lead project activities and provide updates when required Requirements Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area Must have telecom + electrician background 4+ years of related telecom / field experience preferred Experience with fiber optics, routing, and system integration Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Information Travel required across Southern California and Nevada (expenses covered) Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments Full benefits package available through employerPay:
