Quality Conservation Services (QCS) — part of the Free Energy Savings Company — partners with major California utilities like PG&E to deliver free energy-saving home improvements to qualified households. ■ What You'll Do Install and upgrade energy-saving measures in customers' homes — such as doors, insulation, lighting, HVAC, and showerheads. Explain installation steps and benefits to customers in a friendly, professional way. Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job. If you've worked in any of these fields, you'll feel right at home: Alarm systems, cable or satellite installation, solar, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work. ■ What We're Looking For Handy and comfortable using tools (carpentry experience is a plus but not required) Great customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual — a true team player Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record review ■
