Pay Rate:

$23/hour (paid during training and after completion) Key Responsibilities Install, splice, maintain, and repair fiber optic and coaxial cable systems Complete indoor and outdoor installations following company standards Test equipment and troubleshoot connectivity or service issues Maintain and repair network infrastructure as needed Accurately document completed work and service updates Deliver professional and customer-focused service Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Paid Training Program Hands-on training covering fiber optics, coax systems, safety, and tools Ride-alongs and field experience with experienced technicians Fully paid training at $23/hour What We Offer $23/hour starting on Day 1 — including training Company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms provided Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and employee stock purchase plan Long-term career growth opportunities Independent, field-based work environment Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid and current driver's license required Must live in Truckee, CA or within 45 miles Available to start training on May 26, 2026 Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Ability to carry and climb ladders up to 36 ft daily Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must pass background, drug, and driving record screenings Preferred Qualifications Experience with fiber, coax, or FTTH installations Experience using bucket trucks or gaffing (pole climbing) -

Important:

Gaffing (pole climbing) is physically demanding and may involve climbing poles up to approximately 30 ft. Prior experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable working at heights and performing physically intensive tasks.
