As a Senior Field Technician , you won't just install equipment—you'll help shape the future of tomorrow's gigabit networks. What You'll Do You'll be the trusted expert on the ground, ensuring networks are built with precision and perform at their peak.

Your day-to-day impact includes:

Installing, commissioning, and maintaining telecom equipment and infrastructure (fiber & copper) in real-world environments. Conducting detailed Datacenter and PoP audits—equipment, ports, cabling, connectivity. Performing advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and validation of optical fiber systems. Executing insertion loss, OTDR, BER, and other key network performance tests. Partnering with senior network engineers remotely to configure and verify deployed systems. Documenting your work with accuracy, clarity, and accountability. Ensuring safety and industry compliance at every site. Providing timely status reports and communicating risks proactively. Supporting after-hours cutovers or migrations when mission-critical work demands it. Pay Details:
