Job Description

Summary:
ADT is seeking a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is a strategic business partner responsible for shaping and delivering internal communications that drive understanding, alignment, and action across the organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting high-priority initiatives, including AI and technology transformation helping translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for employees. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence leaders while delivering high-quality communications across channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support enterprise priorities, including AI adoption and core business operations. Partner with senior leaders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with employees. Support enterprise change initiatives, driving awareness, understanding, and behavior change across the organization. Create and deliver a range of communications, including: Executive messaging and talking points Town halls and leader event content Newsletters and internal articles Toolkits and change communications materials Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on communication approach, messaging, and timing. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across channels and audiences. Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Proven ability to partner with and advise senior leaders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting transformation initiatives, such as AI, digital, or operational change. Background in working within large, matrixed organizations. Familiarity with internal communication channels and tools (e.g., intranet, newsletters, live events).

Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule
