Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication networks and fiber optic systems in various field locations. Your expertise will ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network performance for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and possesses strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently. Responsibilities Perform fiber splicing, cable routing, and network installation at multiple job sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and other networking equipment to maintain reliable connectivity Conduct field service tasks including testing, diagnosing, and repairing telecommunication systems using hand tools and testing devices such as ohmmeters Manage low voltage wiring, Ethernet cabling, telephony systems, and mechanical components involved in network infrastructure projects Utilize technical knowledge of electrical systems and telecommunication principles to resolve issues quickly and effectively Document all work performed through detailed reports, including inspections, repairs, and system configurations Collaborate with team members to plan installation layouts, coordinate project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction Join us if you're eager to develop your technical skills in a vibrant environment where your expertise makes a real impact!
