Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Installer / Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to install, configure, troubleshoot, and educate customers on a variety of consumer technology products and services. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent communication and customer service skills. Duties Install and configure consumer electronics, smart home devices, networking equipment, appliances, and home entertainment systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site. Educate customers on product features, operation, and maintenance. Ensure installations meet company standards and safety requirements. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Manage tools, equipment, and company-provided inventory. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally. Follow all driving, safety, and operational procedures. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Drug Testing Required. Must own a reliable vehicle suitable for daily travel between customer locations. (Cargo-Van) Experience with installation, repair, or troubleshooting of electronics, networking, appliances, or related systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds (23 kg). Ability to work independently and manage multiple service appointments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home theater, smart home, appliance installation, or networking. Certifications in electronics, IT, networking, or related technical fields. Previous field service or customer-facing experience.
