Job Description

This candidate must be skilled in Avaya Heritage voice applications. The ideal candidate will be capable with the Avaya Core applications currently available, and demonstrate experience working with customers who have made the migration from TDM to VoIP.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current fluency with Avaya Aura Release 10.1 & 10.2 core applications Familiar with Avaya solution deployment in a Virtualized Environment (VMware) Hold one of more of these Avaya Credentials (legacy ACIS or ACSS): Avaya Aura® Core Components Technical Associate Implement Avaya Aura® Core Components Technical Associate Support Avaya Aura® Communication Applications Technical Associate Implement Avaya Aura® Communication Applications Technical Associate Support Avaya Call Center Elite Technical Associate Implement Avaya Call Center Elite Technical Associate Support Avaya Experience Portal with Proactive Outreach Manager Technical Associate Support Avaya Messaging Technical Associate Support Avaya Call Management System Technical Associate Have experience working in the Aura Call Center solution Must reside within a 50 mile radius of St. Augustine, FL Demonstrate an understanding of related task work durations and relate anecdotes of past work that demonstrate such capabilities. Convey examples of your engagement in either an individual contributor or member of a team that relates to a communications system. Demonstrate skills required for MACD and history of using a ticketing system to track those activities. Ability to successfully support and juggle priorities. Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Must have verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Windows operating system and associated software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Practical understanding of data networking and troubleshooting as it relates to voice applications.
Work location and daily expectations:
Normal hours are ON SITE from 8-5 M-F and may at times require after-hours work for special projects or solution maintenance. After-hours support is necessary if the site experiences any emergency outages. Maintain a Professional appearance. Will show excellent attendance and demonstrate being on time. Adapt and be willing to learn new things. Establish effective working relationships with members of the customer staff. Work may require moderate physical exertion including standing, climbing, and lifting some objects up to 50 pounds. Document the wire and cable distribution plan, and keep it current. Document and update the related phone numbers used within the campus.
