• software, IP cameras, HD cameras, cabling, NVR/DVR head-ends, etc. Networking
• switches, wireless access points, wide area networks (WAN) & local area networks (LAN), etc.

Strong troubleshooting ability and first-time fix mentality. Use of common industry test equipment. Use of hand and power tools. The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong customer service skills and communication. Ability to accurately document the issues found and repairs performed Strong time management and organizational skills. Perform other duties as they are assigned. Requirements Education and Experience Minimum high school diploma with vocational training or equivalent military training. Two years of experience in the service of access control, surveillance camera, computers, telephone entry units, and gate operators. Must possess a valid driver license. Familiarity with low voltage, ADA and life safety codes. Physical requirements Ability to lift 75 pounds. Climb ladder to heights at times exceeding 8 feet. Work outside and inside depending on the service call or install project. Drive to customer sites within the assigned territory and, when needed, drive to customer sites in other territories to support other branch offices. Maintain an organized & clean company vehicle as well as manage inventory that is distributed to the company vehicle.
