Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom/Deployment/Camera Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications/ deployment installation and Camera systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair of Camera and Network systems. The candidate should have experience in configuring and troubleshooting cameras, electronics, wiring, and other related technologies to verify proper functionality. The candidate should also have experience in advanced testing and troubleshooting of both copper and optical fiber installations.
Responsibilities :
Install, maintain, and repair telecom systems such as data line, phone lines (VOIP and Analog Phones), Network IP devices and equipment. Configure and troubleshoot electronics, wiring, and other related technologies to verify proper functionality. Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of both copper and optical fiber installations. Address client data and cable networks requirements. Maintain and installation of Bosch or Axis Camera systems. Possess technical knowledge about the ICT cabling. Employ industry standards and best practices to current
BICSI & AHJ
standards Plan and understand the entire scope of the assigned project. Execution of retrofits and improvisation of existing infrastructure. Providing technical assistance with various tasks such as pulling, terminating, and testing copper and fiber cable. Assisting in the installment of cable tray and various other types of cable support hardware. Flexibility in the use of different hand tools such as punch tools, test equipment, and various power tools like hammer drills and saws. Utilization of various types of copper cable, fiber cable, and termination hardware. Conduct site surveys, reading and following blueprints and cut-sheets. Collaboration with other team(s) on the installation of infrastructure-related activities. Communication with the clients need over various projects.
Qualifications :
Experience in telecommunications, Camera installations and/or deployment. Manufacture specific certifications (Corning, Legrand, Leviton, Panduit or etc.) Camera certifications (Bosch and Axis) OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification/training BICSI Certification is a plus.

$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
